1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Internify ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using Internify's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Internify provides a platform connecting students with internship opportunities across Pakistan. We verify companies to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee employment, internship placements, or the specific outcomes of any application submitted through our platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the site, render the site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the site or its content.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting a resume.
• You must not submit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive applications.
• You must not use the platform to distribute spam or malicious software.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Internify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
