1. General Policy

At Internify, we offer premium subscription plans and services designed to help students accelerate their career growth. We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. Because our services are digital and provide immediate access to premium features, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our business.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform.
  • You purchased a premium plan but were completely unable to access the premium features due to a persistent system outage.
  • You request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 2 premium applications or utilized the priority support feature.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind after significantly utilizing the premium features.
  • You did not secure an internship. We provide tools and access, but cannot guarantee employment outcomes.
  • Your account was terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., submitting fraudulent applications).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team through the Support dashboard or by emailing support@internify.pk. Include your registered email address, receipt or transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
